High Speed Dispersers

Dantco dispersers are available with variable speed, mechanical or electronic drives. Most models are available from 1/2 HP to 200 HP. Tank mounted models with the same drives are also available.

Standard Torque - Series 201x, Models DVH are heavy duty, high variable speed, post mounted dispersers with standard output torque using Speed Selector variable speed drive designed into a single belt power train, resulting in maximum power delivery to the high speed mixing blade. These series also includes drum mixers.
High Torque - Series 2030, Models DSR are similar to DVH models and include a jack shaft resulting in high output torque. These models are also available with through-the-floor installation.
Tank Mounted - The same machines offered in the post mounted series, except that they are tank mounted.
Variable Frequency Drive - Series 2072, Models DVF are similar to the DVH models and include belt/electronic drive with controls.
Lab/Pilot - Series 506, 507, 2001 and 2002 are most suited for laboratory or pilot use. These are proven designs used extensively in the coatings and chemical industries with many hours of trouble free operation.
DC Dispersers - Models DDC offer constant torque and constant speed not affected by load variations.
