The DVF models are heavy duty, high speed Dispersers with standard output torque using high efficiency motors and variable frequency inverter for a state-of-the-art variable speed drive designed into a single set of belt power train, resulting in maximum power delivery to the high speed mixing blade, in lower power consumption, in precise speed adjustments, and in programmable mode for automatic operation based on time, speed, temperature, viscosity, etc.

Typical speed ranges at the mixing shaft are 200 to 1800 rpm from 1 to 5 HP laboratory/pilot line models (Series 506) and from 5 to 200 HP production models (Series 2072).

Other Dispersers with Variable Frequency Inverters

Tank mounted Dispersers (Series 3081) using high efficiency motors and controlled by variable frequency inverters are also available in sizes up to 200 HP.
